In handling an incoming calls, we must answer the telephone before the third ring. If we are doing something in your office we need to stop and focus on the caller and introduce your self and the great them with a smile in your voice. We must be patient to the caller went their a problem that they are angry.

Sometimes there are calls that are wrong number don’t say that the “wrong number” but instead say “I believe that you’ve reach the wrong number mam” to make the caller not angry.

like our teacher said that, dont trust our memory if someone leave a message for your boss and if someone calls you and you are talking with some employee you must stop and answer first the call.

In having an outgoing call make sure that the number you are going to call is correct,you must know if  the person you are dialling is available at that time and if the time is appropriate for having a call with him/her.

I learned the real importance of self-improvement in our discussion.  I notice that most of college graduates end up with no jobs and others were depending to their parents. In our country,the people who graduated from popular schools like ateneo,La salle,etc.are the people get a good jobs because of high expectation…

In improvement of technical skills, I learned that proofreadings and editing having a listening skills is the most important and taken for granted, and creativity.It develops our interest  and attractive layouts for the office.

However, in human relation is a great deal to do with building and preserve a smooth working office organization and can maintain a positive image to other people.
